How to request deletion

1. From Facebook: Settings → Apps and websites → Hivium Platform → Remove. Facebook notifies us and we register your request; you receive a confirmation code to check its status on this page.
2. By email or form: write to hivium@proton.me or legal@hivium.app, or use our privacy request form.

What we delete

The access tokens, identifiers and granted permissions of your Meta connections, and the Meta data we keep cached.

What we keep and why

The evidence of content licenses (the video id, permalink and embed link of each licensed piece), because it proves the permission under which that content was used. Page and Instagram connections of the content planner are not linked to your Facebook id: to remove them, disconnect them in Hivium or write to us.

We process requests as soon as possible.
